Vanessa Pontes, PT
Vanessa is a graduate of the University of Toronto with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy. She specializes in assessing and treating a variety of orthopaedic injuries including but not limited to neck and back pain, postural dysfunction, and sport or workplace injuries.
She believes in a patient-centered approach to develop and implement specific treatment plans to help patients get moving in pain free ranges. Her treatment methods include a combination of manual therapy and mobilization techniques in addition to specific exercises and patient education. She is an avid lifelong learner and plans to take courses in Mackenzie (MDT) Therapy and Soft Tissue Release to further her skills.
In her free time, Vanessa enjoys spending time with friends, travelling, and taking walks through her favourite place in Toronto, High Park. She loves staying active by playing volleyball and doing zumba classes.
Nikita Panda, PT
Nikita is an internationally educated Physiotherapist. She graduated in 2017 from the University of Toronto’s Ontario Internationally Educated Physiotherapy Bridging Program.
Nikita has experience treating individuals with a variety of sports related and musculoskeletal injuries—tennis elbow, sciatica, Achilles tendonitis, TMJ related injuries—to name a few.
Her approach to treatment uses a combination of manual therapy, soft tissue therapy, postural therapy and exercise programs according to the patient’s needs. Her main objective in delivering treatment sessions is to help her patients achieve their goal. She wants to make sure the patient is not only pain free but also has improved overall strength.
In her free time Nikita enjoys hiking, yoga, travelling, museums, and baking.
Dr. Rebecca Kang HBSc, DC,
Chiropractor and Acupuncture Provider
Dr. Rebecca Kang graduated Cum Laude from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She has worked closely with family physicians, rheumatologists, physiotherapists, massage therapists, Clinical Science and Sports Sciences Fellows, and various other health care professionals to provide the best care for her patients. She has been certified in clinical acupuncture and mental health first aid. She provides evidence-based care and utilizes various techniques including adjustments, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation, and acupuncture.
Dr. Kang has worked in a community centered clinic as well as at St. Michael’s Hospital; she has experience in treating a variety of conditions and patients ranging from musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, pregnancy related musculoskeletal complaints, and geriatric patients. She strives to provide patient centred care through her skills in manual therapy, rehabilitation, modalities, and patient education. As an advocate of health Dr. Kang is dedicated to help her patients live the most functional life as possible.
Dr. Kang’s associations include: The College of Chiropractors of Ontario, the Ontario Chiropractic Association, and the Canadian Chiropractic Association. She is fluent in English and Korean.
Registered Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer & Yoga Instructor
Keith is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduated from ICT Kikkawa College in 2018. His passion for improving the his understanding how the body moves initially began when he received his Yoga Instructor Certification in the spring of 2016 while travelling through South and Central America.
Keith’s approach to massage therapy can be attributed to his long-burning passion for all things health and fitness. This passion is second only to his simple desire to help people, which is why he was lead him to getting his Personal Training and Fascial Stretch Therapy Certification in the winter of 2019. His deep-tissue approach paired with his patience in allowing the body to heal and grow merge well with his yogic teachings in a way that allows him to aim for more than just relief with his treatments, but remedies and results.

Starry is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Waterloo. Starry has 6 years of experience working overseas, in Hong Kong, as a lead massage therapist at the highly respected Sutherland-Chan Massage Centre. In her free time, she likes travelling and various forms of exercise. She is fluent in English and Cantonese.
Starry’s arsenal of massage techniques and treatments includes Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, sports massage, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage massage, and prenatal/postnatal.

Tyrone is a Registered Massage Therapist with a patient-first mentality. His focus is on education and re-balancing the body, so you can live a pain-free life through manual therapy and movement programming.
Tyrone has extensive training in various treatment techniques that will help address a full spectrum of issues that prevent you from doing what you love most. He is a soon to be certified strength and conditioning coach, and hopes to provide a hybrid style of treatment & training to his clients.
Tyrone is an avid martial artist. He achieved his first degree black belt at age 16 and competed in the Canadian Karate Championships, placing 3rd in country. Tyrone enjoys many activities from Jiu jitsu, hiking, weightlifting, kayaking, swimming and mma training in his spare time.

Victoria is an experienced RMT, practicing since 2014. She continues to research more effective techniques, and knows first hand the profound impact of the “right” treatment. She draws upon both her keen insight about clients’ clinical concerns as well as reflexology to provide quality care. She focuses on solutions for both rehabilitation and maintenance for her clients to find a healthier long-term life balance. As an attentive listener to her clients, she strives to contribute to the best state of physical and mental condition of her clients through her individualized, realistic treatment plans for every single client.
Her specialties include, but not limited to, Deep Tissue Therapeutic Massage / Reflexology / Pre & Post-Natal Massage / TMJ Dysfunction / Face and Scalp Massage / Myofascial Release / Lymphatic Drainage Massage.
Being in good standing with College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), Victoria’s passion for continuing education doesn’t know its limit. In her free time, she often finds herself searching for online/offline courses, or review/research about the latest news on health care field, on the purpose of refining her techniques and therapeutic approaches. As a health care professional and the leader of her clients, she believes in keeping herself physically active and mentally sound, and loves playing squash, climbing stairs and hiking.
Janet has over 8 years of experience in the customer service industry. With a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, she reads, reviews and blogs in her free time. She loves cooking and gardening, and has a passion for dogs!
